Writing a Diversity Statement for Graduate School Admissions. A Workshop for Undergraduates

Many graduate school applications ask students to submit short statements about diversity, equity, inclusion, and related topics. This workshop will offer students information about why search committees ask for these statements, how they read them, what current prompts look like, and what kinds of information candidates should include. We will brainstorm ideas for topics you might address in your statement(s).
